Rush Sites — Lead Generation Landing Pages
Work | Apr 23 2026 | Tom Von Lahndorff
Rush Sites
Rush Sites is the consumer-facing side of the Rush platform. When someone visits one of the client domains, this is what they see — clean, professional landing pages designed to collect information through multi-step forms and then present relevant offers. Each site has its own brand, domain, and design, but they all run on the same platform under the hood.
The Sites
The platform serves a variety of industries — healthcare, real estate, clinical trials, housing — each with its own branding and messaging tailored to the audience.

Healthcare. This site helps users find coverage options in their area. The form starts with just a zip code — low friction to get people started. Below the fold, a "How It Works" section explains the process in three simple steps. The design uses a teal gradient with trust signals like checkmarks for coverage types.

Real Estate. A foreclosure listings site with a bold, dark design. The hero section puts the value proposition front and center — exclusive listings, below-market prices, inbox updates. Info boxes at the bottom reinforce the benefits. The single "Get Started" CTA keeps things focused.

Clinical Trials. This one matches users with paid clinical trial opportunities. The form is embedded right in the hero so visitors can start immediately. Trust signals like "100+ Studies" and "Online & Local" badges help with credibility. The layout balances information with a clear path to sign up.

Housing. An affordable housing resource site. The form uses radio buttons to capture property type preferences upfront — Single Family, Multi Family, Town House, Condominium — before collecting contact info. The green color scheme and lock icon reinforce trust and security.
Mobile Experience
Every site is fully responsive. Since most traffic comes from phones, the mobile experience isn't an afterthought — it's the primary design target.
On mobile, hero text scales down cleanly, forms stack vertically, and CTAs are large enough to tap comfortably. The pages are built with the page builder from the admin side, so the team can create and update sites without touching code.
How It All Works
Each site starts as a page built in the Rush Admin's visual page builder. A domain gets pointed at the platform, and the system automatically resolves which site to show based on the incoming domain. The forms support rich question types — radio buttons, date pickers, range sliders, and partner-specific integrations. Themes and palettes are applied at render time, so the same form can look completely different across sites. Compliance tools like fraud scoring and lead verification run in the background on every submission.
The Stack
The sites run on PHP 8.2 with Nginx, containerized on AWS Lightsail behind CloudFront. The CDN passes the original domain through a custom header so the platform knows which site to serve. Pages are stored as JSON block trees in MySQL, rendered server-side on each request. All JavaScript libraries are served locally — no CDN dependencies — and CSS/JS versioning ensures users always get the latest assets.
